RETURN POLICY

Want to make a return? No problem! You can do so just by following the guidelines below.

1. You are liable on a full refund through the online store (Both International & National Returns).

Refund is valid for:

  • All orders within Greece
  • All international orders
  • All orders placed with Credit/Debit card or PayPal for Cyprus

There's no need to let us know you're returning something, just fill it in the returns note inside your parcel and pop it back to us.

Your package inside should contain a. The returning product. b. The special return form enclosed in the first parcel received, filled with the required information. We will refund the price you paid for your item, including sale items back to your original payment method (shipping costs are excluded from the refund). c. Attach your receipt.

To return your product please mind the following:

  • The returning product(s) must be in excellent condition with all labels and tags attached.
  • The packaging must be firm, for prevention of any possible transportation damage.
  • Shipments via Geniki Tachidromiki courier service are charged with 1,5€ for all domestic returns and with no cost for all returns from Cyprus.
  • The pre mentioned charge is not directly payable on the courier service at the package drop point, as it is to be deducted from your refund or exchange upon package arrival.
  • The above charges apply ONLY for returns through Geniki Tachidromiki courier services. For other courier services you are responsible of paying the full cost/charge of your return and BSB has no liability upon that.

 

*International customers are liable only for the Refund option. However, if you would like a different size or color, please return your unwanted item and place a new order.

 

2. You are liable to make changes to the same or another product in store (Returns within Greece only).

Make your changes in any of our corporate BSB stores with your product and proof of purchase. For franchise stores you may have to contact the store you want to make the change, for information and confirmation. No changes are made to BSB stores within multi-brand customers and shop in shop.

 

3. You can also make changes to the same or another product through our online store (Returns within Greece only).

Make your changes online by sending your parcel back to the company. Your package inside should contain a. The returning product b. The return form enclosed, filled with the required information and c. your receipt.

 

Return (for e-shop orders) via Svuum:

As long as you have placed an order in our online store, you can proceed to a change at the e-shop. In the package you received, you will find a returning form with your order information.

 

  • Complete the return form that you will find in the original packaging & select the RETURN box.

The returning product(s) must be in excellent condition with all labels and tags attached. The packaging must be firm, for prevention of any possible transportation damage

  • Scan with your smart phone the QR code or visit directly the link https://svuum.gr/returns/ and complete the necessary details for Svuum courier in order to receive your return.

For Greece, the finance charge is 1,5€, this charge will be added in your total payment amount and you will have to pay at the time you receive your order. You don’t have to pay the courier center when you'll give the package for the return. If you choose a different courier center, you will be charged with the total returning cost, which you will pay at the courier center when you return the package.

 

To save your exchange product, you must make a new order following the same procedure as when placing a normal order, selecting ''Cash upon Delivery'' as the payment method while in the ''Comment'' section write the word ''Change''. Please note that the final payable amount will not show automatically, as it changes when the order & return is processed by the accounting department.

 

NOTE: Non EU-Customers shall be subject to any charges that may arise from exchange rate differences, customs clearances, any import duty, quotes, permits, product restrictions and other local requirements, for which BSB shall bear no liability.

 

CONSUMER RIGHTS

  1. WITHDRAWAL

    You have the right to return your order in whole or in part within a time-limit of 14 working days from the date you received it, without bearing any obligation to inform us of the reason for a return of your order. In this case you shall solely bear the immediate cost of returning the product. In case the reason for returning a product is due to a company’s error, we undertake to cover the cost of the product return.

    In order to perform your right of withdrawal, you need to fill in and sent us the special 'return form' that you can find here. You should return the product in the perfect condition in which you received it, that is to say without breaking the seal of the package and by confirming that the special signs of the product have not been removed. In addition, together with the submission of the withdrawal statement, you shall include the payment receipt. Return shall be accepted solely upon approval on behalf of the company.

    In case of a return of a product, and depending on both the method you chose to pay your order and the way such product would be returned, refund of payment shall be concluded within 8 days from the date we shall receive the product. If the reason for returning a product lies with a company's error, BSB undertakes to deliver order again at the shipping address you have specified at the company’s own expense. If customers wish to return an order where it is not the company's fault, then they shall bear the relevant courier cost. When you send us back a product, our company will receive it within 1-2 working days, for returns within Greece via GENIKI TAXYDROMIKI couriers, or within 3-5 working days, for returns outside Greece via UPS couriers. In case you choose another courier service we cannot guarantee any delivery times regarding the products you return us. When we will receive the returned product, we will immediately process your request and notify you via e-mail about the processing of said request. In an attempt to provide the best possible customer service, BSB enables you to submit online any complaint by filling in the relevant contact form that you can find here.

    ORDER CANCELLATION
    In case you would like to cancel your order please keep in mind that the cancellation will be accepted within 1 hour of the order completion. Beyond that point no cancellation will be accepted.

  2. RIGHT OF REPLACEMENT

    The company cannot provide replacement service. In case consumers wish to change any product, they need to return such product to the company and make a new order. If the reason for returning a product is due to a company's error, then the company shall bear the relevant return cost. (Options for return: a) crediting of account b) refund of money
  3. DETAILED GUIDE ON PRODUCT RETURNS

    Note:

    • As a necessary condition, the product shall be in its initial package and in the same perfect condition in which you received it, together with the relevant payment receipt, including the product’s special signs (tags).
    • When returning an item, you need to fill in and send us the “return form” that you can find here within the exclusive time-limit of fourteen (14) days.
    • All international customers can return any item for a refund, within 14 days of receiving their original order. If customers wish a refund for their purchased goods BSB will refund the price paid for the items, including sale items back to the original payment method. All returns are made at the customer own cost as BSB does not carry any shipping or customs office responsibility whatsoever. In case the customer does not want to receive its parcel upon arrival to the shipping country BSB will refund you excluding the costs of transportation, handling and customs office.
    • For hygiene reasons, our company shall not accept return of certain items such as swimming suits, leggings, leotards, tights and earrings.

All products returned to the BSB’s storage room undergo meticulous quality control.

For your own convenience, it is recommended to check carefully your order upon delivery and the condition of the sold product, as well as to check if product’s package is intact so as to detect any apparent faults. In case a fault is detected in a returned product during quality control, the company undertakes to contact consumers in order to resolve the issue.

 

Also be reminded that:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days from the day you received the product. It is necessary that the product is in excellent condition with its tags on, the receipt of the order and the special return form enclosed.
  • The refund process usually takes 5-6 working days, from the day we receive the return. This is because all returns must get through quality control before arriving at the refund department. In case the product is found faulty, the customer will be contacted and the refund or change will not be possible.
