If you have completed your order, you cannot modify it. However, you can add products to your order within 1 hour of placing it by calling us at +30 210 3003860 (Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 21:00, Saturday 09:00 – 20:00).

Although our system showed that the item was in stock when you placed your order, it was discovered to be unavailable during the collection process from our warehouse. In this rare case, we are obliged to cancel the specific order at no cost to you.
For shipments within Greece and Cyprus, BSB collaborates with Courier Center, Clever Point, Box Now, and Svuum. For shipments to Romania, we use Econt, and for shipments to Bulgaria, we also use Econt. For other international deliveries, customer service is handled through UPS.
WITHIN GREECE
Via Courier Company:
Standard delivery of products throughout Greece is FREE through Courier Center for all orders over €60, and it takes 1-4 business days. For orders under €60, the shipping cost is €2.50.
Express delivery is provided only by Svuum, which guarantees next-day delivery (excluding Saturday and Sunday) for orders placed by 1:00 PM, with a charge of €1.50 for orders over €60. For orders under €60, the charge is €3.00.
The express delivery option (next day) is available from 00:01 until 1:00 PM.
Note: For all purchases made with the "cash on delivery" payment method (whether standard or express delivery), there is a fixed charge of €1, regardless of the order amount.
Pickup from Clever Point:
In addition to courier delivery, you can also choose to pick up your package at a selected service point provided by Clever Point. You can collect your package at your convenience without waiting for the courier. Select a Clever Point location, and your package will be sent there, from where you can pick it up at extended hours that suit you.
Clever Point acts like your personal "locker." Once your package arrives at the location, you will be notified via SMS and email, allowing you to schedule your pickup whenever you want. The package will remain at the location for 7 days. All payment methods listed in the "Payments & Security" section are available except for cash on delivery.
Pickup via Clever Point incurs a fee of €1.50 for orders over €60. For orders under €60, the charge is €3.00.
Note: Clever Point is not a courier company but only service points. Packages are transported to the location by the respective courier we collaborate with.
Pickup from Box Now:
For deliveries to lockers near your location, you can choose Box Now. There are currently no shipping costs for this service.
You also have the option to choose Box Now ON THE GO (payment via cash on delivery) at a cost of €1, regardless of the purchase amount.
Delivery Location:
Products are delivered to the address you provide when placing your order, within the Greek territory.
ABROAD
Shipments to countries outside Greece are carried out in the following ways:
Note: Orders placed before 1:00 PM (Greece time) are processed the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following day. Orders placed on Friday after 1:00 PM (Greece time) and throughout the weekend will be processed the next business day.
For shipments within Greece and Cyprus, upon completing your order, you will receive a confirmation email that verifies the successful processing of your order. This email will include a link for you to track its status.
For international shipments, customers can track their orders using the tracking number provided by UPS, which will be sent via email after the order has been successfully placed.
If the delivery of your order has been delayed, please first check the tracking information provided in the confirmation email you received after placing your order. This link will give you real-time updates on the status of your shipment.

If the goods reach their destination and you are not present, both the courier service in Greece/Cyprus and the international courier will attempt to deliver your order two more times on the following working days. If the delivery still cannot be completed after these attempts, your order will automatically be returned to us and will be recorded as Refusal of Receipt.
The VAT for the products is included in the listed price.
BSB allows you to return a product within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt by completing the special return form found in your order packaging. For product returns, you have the following options:
Credit: A credit will be issued to the account you created in our online store, equal to the value of the product you returned, which can be used for a future purchase or exchange. The credit is activated once we receive your return. (Please select the Credit option on the special “Return Form.”)
Refund: Your money will be refunded within 3-5 business days from the date we receive your return to the card/PayPal account from which you made the payment, or to the bank account you specify on the return form. (Please select the Refund option on the special “Return Form.”)
Important:
It is essential that the product is in its original packaging and in the same excellent condition in which you received it, along with the retail receipt and including any special product tags (labels).
For hygiene reasons, our company will not accept returns on swimwear, leggings, bodysuits, tights, and earrings. All products returned to BSB's warehouses are subject to thorough quality control.
Exchanges for purchases made through the online store can be made at our company headquarters: BSB, 10th km Athens-Lamia National Road, Nea Filadelfeia, Postal Code 143 42, as well as at any of our retail stores.
If the consumer wishes to return their order without any fault of the company, then the shipping costs will be borne by the consumer:
