RETURN POLICY
Do you want to return a product? No problem! You have two options:
1. You can go to any BSB store and have the opportunity to exchange the product purchased online for the same or another product of the same or greater value.
You can exchange the product in any BSB store in the country, with the original product and proof of purchase.
Products must be in good condition with tags, price tag, invoice and return form attached. If you no longer have these documents for various reasons, please contact us at no. by phone 021 320 88 08 and request their resending.
You can only exchange the product for a new one, a different size or choose something different, of the same value, or higher.
Physical presence is mandatory to exchange the product.
2. You have the option of a full refund through our online store.
Your package should contain:
a. The returned product.
b. The return form, completed with the required information. We will return the appropriate amount to the bank account indicated by you in the return form. (You will receive the invoice + the return form in the package and on the e-mail address provided by you when placing the online order. You will include the return form later in the package together with the returned product. If you no longer have these documents for various reasons, please contact us at phone number 021 320 88 08 and request their resending.)
You can return the product free of charge using the courier company DPD and your original order details. The return will be at no cost to the customer in this case. Call a DPD courier to pick up your return package here: https://voucher.dpd.ro/
To have the free return, it is necessary to enter a voucher number (it is unique and related to your order) The voucher number is below the barcode on the sticker included in the package. Enter the series under the barcode on your Return Voucher. This appears as RVXXXXXXXXXXXX
You can also use any courier company you want, but we do not recommend it, as the shipping fee is the customer's responsibility in this case and we will not be able to refund you this amount back.
*do not ship via the Romanian Post with collection from the post office. These parcels are not picked up and will therefore be returned to you.
3. Return in store - valid only for purchases in the online store
For products purchased online, we also accept returns in our stores in Bucharest and in the country. In the case of returning the parcels to the store, the refund will also be made to the bank account indicated in the return form. And in this case you need the documents listed above. You will sign a package handover process when you hand over the products to one of our stores. You will also receive a copy. CAREFUL! Refunds for in-store returns will NOT be made in cash! The procedure is the same as for the online return. Physical presence in the store is required for returns! Do not forget :
Returns can be accepted within a maximum of 14 calendar days, from the day of receipt of the package. It is necessary that the product is in excellent condition, accompanied by labels, form.
The refund will be made in 8-10 working days from the day of receipt of the product. This is because returned products must pass quality control. If the product is not found to be in excellent condition, the customer will be contacted and no refund or exchange will be possible.

*For reasons of hygiene and for your safety, in accordance with art. 16 of the Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014, our company will not accept the return of items such as swimwear, socks, tights and earrings.

Please do not send via other COD courier companies, i.e. us, because such parcels will not be accepted and will therefore be returned to you. Also, if you pay the cost of the return shipment yourself with a other courier company, on our own account, we will not be able to refund you this amount afterwards.
