The average duration of use of the marketed product coincides with the term of the commercial guarantee, namely 14 calendar days from the date on which the products were received.
In accordance with Article 16 of Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014 on consumer rights in contracts concluded with professionals, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods which were not prefabricated and which require the individual choice or determination of the consumer or which are clearly personalised. Personalization or any modification of products, including during the warranty period, entails the impossibility of accepting a return or exchange of products.
The delivery of the products is carried out by the partner courier company within 3-6 working days.
For purchases over 250 Lei, the delivery is free of charge. For purchases less than 250 Lei, the cost of delivery is 19 Lei.
