Necessary Technical cookies

These cookies are necessary for the smooth operation of our website. They allow you to navigate the website and make use of its basic functions. For example, they allow you to move from one page of the Website to the other and identify the default language for the Website through your IP address.

These cookies allow the Website to remember your preferences such as your preferred language, your cart, your Account login, with the aim of providing you with more tailor-made functions and facilitating your navigation, so that, for example, you do not have to enter your credentials every time you change pages within the Website.

In some cases, they may be used to display a video or allow some social media platforms features. These cookies do not track your browsing session (on our website or across your browser). If you do not allow these cookies, some functions of the website may not be provided correctly or access to some content may be limited.

Marketing Communication based on Marketing Cookies

In some cases we use various automated methods to track your consumer behaviour when you browse our e-Shop and make your purchases. The relevant technologies (software, analytics, automated surveys), combined with cookies installed upon your consent, help us to create your profile based on your past product choices and consumption habits, in order to draw more personalized conclusions about your needs and send you more targeted communications based on your preferences. This also helps us to continually improve the services we provide to you. Therefore:

  • when you provide your consent to the use of marketing cookies by us and our partners, we will use the above data we have collected and the conclusions we have drawn about you to send you targeted marketing communications in the next online medium you visit (e.g. you may see our ads on Facebook, Google) or to send marketing communications by email, which will for example remind you that you have not completed your purchases (abandoned cart).
  • If you do not accept any kind of commercial communication (either by accepting cookies or by agreeing to receive e-mails), we will not display any promotional content.

In any case, if you do not agree with the above, you can exercise your rights and ask us not to process your data (for more information, see Section 9, Personal Data Protection Policy).
