As a member of BSB Rewards, you will enjoy unique and exclusive privileges, such as:

BSB Rewards includes all BSB stores in Greece as well as the online store www.bsbfashion.com. You can become a member:
A) By filling out your details on special tablets designed for this purpose, within any BSB physical store. 
B) by filling out the registration form at BSB Rewards which you can find at www.bsbfashion.com.

As a member of the BSB Loyalty Program, you earn points from your very first purchase, both in our stores and on our eShop, as follows:

• 10 points for every €1 spent on full-price products.

Additionally:

• 500 points are automatically added to your account upon completion of your registration.
• Birthday bonus points every year on your birthday.
• Bonus points on special events.

Absolutely no, participation in the BSB Rewards program is completely free of charge!

Each member is unique and has the ability to enjoy special and exclusive privileges, while each member's account is strictly personal. This is why you can not maintain more than one account.

The membership account is strictly personal and can not in any way be transferred to a third party.

Each member's account is unique and strictly personal. As a result, the points are credited to the account of the member to which it belongs at the particular moment of the relevant purchase.

You earn points for every purchase you make. The more you buy the more you earn.

Once you have successfully registered in the BSB Rewards program, you must indicate before each purchase the number of the mobile phone you stated when registering. In this way, the points will automatically be credited to your account. 

Once you have accumulated the required number of points, you can redeem your points as follows:

• At 4,000 points, you receive a €10 discount.
• At 6,000 points, you receive a €20 discount.
• At 8,000 points, you receive a €30 discount.
• At 12,000 points, you receive a €50 discount.

Points are redeemed in the form of discount vouchers and can be used on a transaction of equal or greater value at participating stores.

When a Member collects the number of points required to reach a specific tier, a discount voucher of the corresponding value is automatically issued. The discount voucher is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. If the voucher is not redeemed within this 90-day period, it will be automatically cancelled and its value will be forfeited. Therefore, Members cannot accumulate points in order to reach a higher tier. Once a Member reaches any tier, up to a maximum of 12,000 points, the corresponding discount voucher is automatically issued.

In the event of a return of products purchased using a discount voucher, the Member has two options:

• Exchange for a different color or size of the same product code. In this case, there will be no change to the Member’s points balance.
• Issuance of a credit note equal to the value of the original purchase receipt and the amount actually paid (at physical stores). In this case, points corresponding to the value of the issued credit note will be deducted from the Member’s account.

For example, if a Member purchases a product worth €100 using a €10 discount voucher, the value of the credit note will be €90. Therefore, 900 points will be deducted from the Member’s account.

Your points expire 12 months after your last transaction using your mobile phone number, provided that you have not made any other transaction as a BSB Rewards Member during this 12-month period. However, there’s no need to worry - we’ll notify you whenever your points are approaching their expiration date!

Once your account is activated, you are automatically a member of the BSB Rewards program. Your account has no expiration date unless the program is canceled or you wish to unsubscribe at any time.

You have the ability at any time to alter any personal information you have entered while registering. This is done in the following ways:
1. Through your personal account at www.bsbfashion.com. 
2. Through the members' Helpline, by calling 210 3003860 (local call charges apply, Monday-Friday 09:00-21:00 and Saturday 09:00-20:00, excluding public holidays).

You have the opportunity to learn about the points you have collected:

If you wish to cancel your BSB Rewards account, you will have to request your deletion by contacting the members' Helpline: 210 3003860, (local call charges apply, Monday-Friday 09:00-21:00 and Saturday 09:00-20:00, excluding public holidays).

Earning or redeeming points through the BSB Rewards program is possible at all standalone BSB stores, except for shop-in-shop locations. Please note that only retail receipts are included and eligible for points in the program, excluding any other form of invoice.
