RETURN POLICY

Want to make a return? No problem! You have two options:

1. You are liable to make changes to the same or another product in store.

Make your changes in any of our BSB stores with your product and proof of purchase.

  • Items must be in original condition with their price tags on and be accompanied with the sales receipt.
  • You can only exchange the product with a new one, change the size or pick something different. Refund is not an option for in store interactions.
  • Physical presence is required for the exchange.

 

2. You are liable on a full refund through the online store.

Your package inside should contain a. The returned product. b. The return form enclosed in the initial parcel received, filled with the required information. We will refund the price you paid for your item by bank transfer to your account, mentioned by you on the return form. For credit/debit card online payments, the refund will take place directly on your account.

You can send your parcel back at you own cost with any carrier service you wish it like that. However, keep in mind we won't be able to refund that cost back to you.

In order to fully benefit from the free returns policy, at all times make sure you use the contracted delivery company (DPD) and have them come pick up your return.

There's no need to let us know you're returning something; just fill in the return form, place your returned product in the parcel and ship it back to us. 

 

3. In store Returns - Valid for online shop only

You can return articles in any BSB store in Romania. You will need the invoice and the return form. ATTENTION! You will not be refunded in cash in the store. You will be refunded in the bank account you filled in the return form, just like in the procedure described above. Physical presence is required for the return! When you return the articles you will fill in a handling proof document and you will receive a copy of it.

 

Just be reminded that:

  • Returns can be accepted within 14 days from the day you received the product. The product must be in excellent condition with its tags on, the receipt of the order and the return form enclosed.
  • The refund process usually takes 8 to10 working days, from the day we receive the return. This is because all returns must get through quality control before being processed as a return. If the product is found faulty, the customer will be contacted and the refund or change will not be possible.
