How do I place an order?

  • View the products you are interested in and click on the photograph to zoom in and see every detail, available sizes, composition, reference code and price. After selecting your product(s) and you are at the cart section, press the CHECKOUT button.
  • If you would like to process your order you can do so by either registering, logging into your account or simply checking-out as a guest.
  • Fill in shipping information and billing information.
  • Select the payment method, accept the terms of use and complete your order.
  • Upon successful completion you will see a summary of your order and you will receive a relevant email.

Which are the payment methods?

We offer the following payment methods

  • Cash on product delivery (only valid for customers within Greece). In this case, the customers will be charged the amount of 2.50 euros (VAT 24% is included).
    • Payment via Credit or Debit card (Visa, Euroline, Mastercard, Diners).
      • Paypal

Can I cancel my order?

Yes. You can cancel your order as long as its status allows you to. This means that you are allowed to make your cancellation on the next 2-3 hours after your initial purchase. If you do wish to cancel it please email us about your request on customercare@bsbfashion.com.

Why has my credit card been declined?

There are several possible reasons for your credit card to be declined; in this case you need to contact your bank for more information.

What should I do if a product is missing from my order?

In this case you need to contact us by sending us an e-mail l (customercare@bsbafshion.com) in order to resolve the problem.

What should I do if I receive a product I did not order?

In this case you need to contact us by sending us an e-mail l (customercare@bsbafshion.com)in order to resolve the problem.

You confirmed my order but I have now received an e-mail/call saying that a certain product is out of stock. Why did that happen?

Unfortunately, although our systems showed available stock at the time you placed your order, the synchronization of the system probably was not complete. As a result, there was no physical stock for the order to be shipped. Although this does not happen often, when it does, the order has to be canceled if no replacement is found.

Which couriers do you use for deliveries?

For deliveries within Greece, BSB uses Geniki Taxidromiki courier service. For deliveries abroad, service is carried out by UPS couriers.

How long will it take to receive my order and what are the shipping costs?

Greece – All shipping costs are FREE OF CHARGE within Greece. Delivery in Attica is carried out within 1 working day. Delivery in the rest of Greece is carried out within a period of 2-3 working days. AbroadDelivery to countries outside Greece is carried out in the following ways:

  • Standard Delivery: Delivery is carried out within 6-7 working days and the relevant cost amounts to 12 € (VAT 24% is included)..
  • Express Saver: Delivery is carried out within 2-3 working days and the relevant cost amounts to 18 € (VAT 24% is included).

Note:All orders filled before 12:30 p.m. (Greek local time) shall be processed by us on the same day; any orders filled after the aforementioned time, shall be processed by us on the next working day. Any orders filled on Friday before 12:30 p.m. (Greek local time) and throughout the weekend, shall be processed on Monday.

Can I track my order?

For delivery within Greece, after completing your order, you will receive an informative e-mail confirming that your order has been completed successfully. For delivery abroad, consumers can track their order through the tracking number provided to them via e-mail by UPS couriers after the completion of their order. To track your order press here.

What should I do if my delivery is delayed?;

In case delivery is delayed by more than the expected time, as set, you need to contact us via e-mail at customercare@bsbafshion.com or call us at +30 2102509080 / 9185 / 9097 (from Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:00) and we will proceed to solve the problem.

What happens if I am out when my order is delivered?

If you are out when merchandise arrives at the shipping address, both Geniki Taxidromiki couriers in Greece and UPS couriers abroad will attempt to deliver your order two more times on the following working days. If your order finally fails to be delivered, then it will automatically return to us and we shall contact you again.

Is VAT included in price?

VAT on all products is included in the price stated.

What is your returns policy?

BSB enables you to return a product within 14 working days of receiving it by filling in the special return form you will find in the package of your order. If you need to return a product, you can use the following options:

  • Crediting of account The account you created on our online store will be credited with an amount equal in value to the product you returned so that it can be used for another purchase. Credit will be activated when we receive your returned order and you will be notified via e-mail. (Please select the Credit option from the special 'Return Form'). This method applies only for Greece.
  • Refund of money Refund of money shall be made within a period of 5-6 working days from the date we receive your returned order by crediting the credit card or Paypal account you used for payment or the bank account you will specify in the return form. (Please select the Refund of money option from the special 'Return Form') Attention:
    • As a necessary condition, the product shall be in its initial package and in the same perfect condition in which you received it, together with the relevant payment receipt, including the product’s special signs (tags).
    • For hygiene reasons, our company shall not accept return of certain items such as swimming suits, leggings, leotards, tights and earrings. All products returned to the BSB’s storage room undergo meticulous quality control.
    • Returns are accepted solely and exclusively at the company's head office located at: BSB, 10th Km Athens-Lamia National Road, Nea Philadelphia, PC 143 42.

Are there any charges for returns?

If the reason for returning a product lies with a company's error, BSB undertakes to deliver order again at the shipping address you have specified at the company’s own expense. If customers wish to return an order where it is not the company's fault, then they shall bear the relevant courier cost. When you send us back a product, our company will receive it within 2-3 working days, for returns within Greece via Geniki Taxidromiki couriers, or within 3-5 working days, for returns outside Greece via UPS couriers. In case you choose another courier service we cannot guarantee any delivery times regarding the products you return us. When we will receive the returned product, we will immediately process your request and notify you via e-mail about the processing of said request.
